3-Step Sparring #1 (alone)

Attacker:   Walking Stance Middle Obverse Punch

Defender:  Walking Stance Middle Inner Forearm Block

Counter:  Middle Reverse Punch (holding the walking stance)

3-Step Sparring #1 (partners)

Attacker:   Walking Stance Middle Obverse Punch


Measure:  Right toes of the attacker lined up with the defenders left instep, measuring on the inside.


Defender:  Walking Stance Middle Inner Forearm Block

Counter:  Middle Reverse Punch (holding the walking stance)

3-Step Sparring #2 (alone)

Attacker:   Low Front Snap Kick (land in Walking Ready Stance)

Defender:  Walking Stance Low Outer Forearm Block

Counter:  Low Front Snap Kick (front leg) and return to Walking Ready Stance

3-Step Sparring #2 (partners)

Attacker:   Low Front Snap Kick (land in Walking Ready Stance)


Measure:  Right toes of the attacker lined up in front of the defenders left toes.


Defender:  Walking Stance Low Outer Forearm Block

Counter:  Low Front Snap Kick (front leg) and return to Walking Ready Stance

3-Step Sparring #3 (alone)

Attacker:   L-Stance Middle Reverse Punch

Defender:  L-Stance Middle Inner Forearm Block

Counter:  Middle Turning Kick (rear leg) and return to a L-Stance Middle Forearm Guarding Block

3-Step Sparring #3 (partner)

Attacker:   L-Stance Middle Reverse Punch

Attacker:   Walking Stance High Obverse Punch

Defender:  Walking Stance Outer Forearm Rising Block

Counter:  High Reverse Punch (holding the walking stance)

3-Step Sparring #6 (partners)

Attacker:   Walking Stance High Obverse Punch


Measure:  Right heel of the attacker next to the defenders left heel, measuring on the outside.
